Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the pear liqueur, Licor 43, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the coupe.
  5. Top with champagne.
  6. Twist the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
