Instructions

  1. Mash the mint leaves with the juice and falernum.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix by shaking then straining it into a pilsner or Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

  5. Decorate with a sprig of mint and a pineapple leaf.
