Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Riesling wine, elderflower syrup, white rum and balsamic vinegar of Modena.
  3. Stir until cold and well blended.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Twist a strip of lemon zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
