Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a coupe glass in this order: 30 ml Simple Syrup, then 59 ml Distilled Grain Alcohol, then 22 ml 3/ Lime Juice, then 22 ml 3/ Lemon Juice, and 59 ml Float Dry Red Wine.
  2. Pour each layer slowly over the back of a bar spoon to keep the layers distinct.
