Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Press the rosemary sprig in the bottom of a shaker with a muddler to release its aroma.
  3. Stir the orange marmalade into the rosemary.
  4. Add white rum, lychee juice drink, limoncello and Campari, then fill the shaker with good ice.
  5. Shake hard until the tin is well chilled.
  6. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  7. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
