Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe thoroughly, ideally in the freezer.
  2. Load a shaker with ice.
  3. Add the gin, lemon juice and orgeat.
  4. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe.
