Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Put the rye whiskey, Allagash Curieux Golden Ale and bacon, lemon juice, grade B maple syrup and chilled bacon ale in a cocktail shaker, then add ice.
  3. Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Finish with a couple of dashes of Peychaud's bitters on the surface.
