Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a Collins glass.
  2. Pack the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Swizzle until well chilled.
  4. Decorate with a generous bunch of mint tied up with a narrow lemon peel strip and several dashes of Angostura bitters.
  5. Insert a straw before serving.
