Apricot Stone Sour

A tart, fruity sour built on apricot liqueur, with lime and orange juice for acidity and a little rich syrup to round it off. Orange bitters add a dry, aromatic edge, and the saline solution lifts the fruit.

- Chill a rocks glass.
- Add the apricot liqueur, orange juice, lime juice, sugar syrup 'rich', orange bitters and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Strain into the rocks glass.
- Garnish with an apricot wedge or a dried apricot half.
