Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake, then strain the drink back out of the shaker so the ice is left behind.
  3. Shake again without ice to build a smooth foam.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick.
