Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass and fill it with ice.
  2. Add the Blended Scotch, Islay Scotch Whiskey, Coffee Liqueur and Apricot Liqueur.
  3. Stir gently for about 10 seconds to mix and chill.
  4. Top with Tonic Water.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel.
