Instructions

  1. Add the gin, apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake hard without ice for about 10 seconds, until the egg white is foamy.
  3. Add ice and shake for another 10 to 15 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with club soda and stir lightly to combine.
  6. Garnish with the apple slice and the cinnamon stick.
