A stirred drink of Japanese whisky with the bitter notes of Cynar and Bigallet China-China. Sloe gin adds tart, berry-like sweetness to a dry, herbal drink.

The Aokigahara dates from 2020 and grew out of experiments with sloe gin in place of vermouth in a range of drinks.
