Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Add the Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Fresh Basil, Green Chartreuse, Simple Syrup, Gin and Giffard Apricot Liqueur to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a basil leaf pegged to the glass.
