Instructions

  1. Place one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Pour the Irish Whiskey over the ice.
  3. Add the Cynar or other artichoke amaro.
  4. Squeeze in 10 to 15 drops of Lemon Juice.
  5. Swirl the glass to blend everything.
  6. Garnish with a scowl, then take it somewhere quiet and drink it alone.
