- Add the vodka, gin, Cherry Heering, sugar cane syrup and amaretto to a shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
- Dry shake the cream without ice.
- Pour the cream over the back of a spoon so it settles on top of the drink.
- Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
