Instructions

  1. Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka, then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with club soda, garnish with a strawberry and serve with straws.
