- Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Roll the drink by rotating the shaker back and forth rather than shaking it.
- Fine strain into the glass filled with ice taken straight from the freezer, not from an ice machine, so the drink is not diluted.
- Garnish with a celery stick.
