Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass.
  2. Add the Scotch, Drambuie, herbal liqueur and Angostura Bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Twist the grapefruit peel over the drink to release its oils, then garnish with it.
