Stir Apple Brandy, Lillet Blanc, BéNéDictine, Angostura Bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

Inspired by Ampleforth Abbey, a Benedictine monastery famous for its apple orchards, I decided to create a drink combining applejack with Benedictine liqueur. The idea struck me while browsing the abbey's details online.
