Pour rum into a mixing glass and add lime leaves. We make a muddle with the back of a bar spoon. Add ice (it is better to use double-frozen ice) to 3/4 of the mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients. We make a stir (8 times). Pour into a glass. Add a splash of Prosecco for sparkling.
