Amaro Paisano

0

Bourbon, Campari and Amaro Nonino are shaken with simple syrup and Angostura and finished with an orange twist, giving a bittersweet, rounded drink. Created by Piers Knight in Reading, UK, in 2020.

Piers Knight of Reading, Berkshire, created the Amaro Paisano in 2020 as a variation on an Italian-American classic. Maple syrup and lemon juice replace the Coca-Cola reduction and orange bitters, Nonino Amaro stands in for Montenegro, and the garnish is a lemon twist instead of an orange one.
