Instructions

  1. Thread the maraschino cherry and a doubled strip of lemon twist onto a bamboo skewer.
  2. Add the amaretto, limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker without ice.
  3. Shake hard for about 10 seconds to build a foam.
  4. Add 5 ice cubes and shake for another 15 seconds.
  5. Chill a rocks glass by filling it with 3 to 5 ice cubes.
  6. Strain the drink into the chilled glass and garnish with the skewer.
