Instructions

Stir scotch, Galliano, and Noilly in a glass over ice. Spray (you can also rinse) the N&N glass with a single spray of absinthe... you want a minimal amount. Place cherry in glass and strain the mixture over the top. If you can manage that, you're not too inebriated for another drink. Enjoy.
