I recently acquired 66 Gilead's Pine Vodka and experimented with various cocktails to find the perfect match for it. Eventually, I decided on this Bijou variation. The blend of pine notes, herbal liqueur, and a zesty, spicy amaro reminds me of an Alpine Tundra landscape.
