Instructions

  1. Pour half of the tequila into a rocks glass, add two ice cubes and stir.
  2. Stir in the amaretto, agave syrup and Angostura bitters, together with two more ice cubes.
  3. Keep stirring, then drop in two further cubes and pour in the rest of the tequila.
  4. Stir for a good while so the ice melts down and waters the drink to the right strength, then top up with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
