Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass, then swirl the chocolate syrup around the inside so it coats the sides.
  2. Pour the chocolate liqueur, amaretto and cream into a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until the outside is cold and the mix is smooth.
  4. Strain into the syrup-coated glass.
  5. Scatter the toasted coconut flakes over the top.
