Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Stir the honey syrup and scotch together in the base of a shaker until the honey has dissolved.
  3. Add the oat milk / oatmeal water, amaretto and cream.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
