- Add the Midori, pineapple juice, vodka and a slice of jalapeño.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. An alligator-head glass works too.
- Add a small splash of grenadine for colour and sweetness.
- If you like, finish with the plastic alligator.
