Instructions

  1. Put the Kahlúa, cognac and tequila blanco in the fridge until cold, and chill the shot glass too.
  2. Pour the Kahlúa into the glass first.
  3. Hold a bar spoon just above the surface and pour the cognac slowly over its back so it settles as a second layer.
  4. Pour the tequila blanco over the spoon in the same way.
  5. Serve straight away, without stirring.
