Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add all the ingredients, including the raspberries, to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard; the raspberries break down as you shake.
  4. Fine-strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Squeeze the lemon zest twist over the drink so the oils spray across the surface, then discard it.
  6. Top with a fresh raspberry.
