Instructions

  1. Chill the martini glass.
  2. Add cream, egg white, gin, crème de menthe and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Pour the drink back into the shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  4. Shake once more without ice until the drink is airy.
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
