Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice to whip up the cream.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
