Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Scotch whisky, amaro and coconut water to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Express an orange zest twist over the drink and garnish with the twist and dried coconut slices, preferably toasted.
