Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Add more crushed ice on top to form a crown, and dash bitters over it to colour the ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
