A shaken daiquiri of white rum and rhum agricole with lime, mint, a little green Chartreuse and a touch of crème de cacao for a mint-chocolate note. From 2017.

The After-eight daiquiri started when the creator added a small amount of Chartreuse to a classic daiquiri. A second version was then made with mint, and the two were later combined into this drink.
