Denem Orhun created the Aegean Dream in 2020 to evoke Turkey's sunlit coast and the sight of a sunset over an Aegean island. The drink combines gin, Aperol and mastika liqueur with Regans' orange bitters and lemon juice, is garnished with rosemary, and uses mastika from Chios in Greece and Alacati in Turkey only.
