A tall, easy drink of gin with root liqueur and a few drops of Bittercube, lengthened with sweet, spiced White Birch Beer. Cooling, lightly herbal and soda-sweet.

Jason Westplate created the Adirondack in 2013 to evoke the teaberry flavor of birch beer. The notes of Indian sarsaparilla come from Aviation gin and root bitters, and a touch of pine comes from terroir.
