Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the egg white, lemon juice, dry vermouth, Angostura bitters, gin and crème de violette to a shaker without ice, and shake hard to build the foam.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the coupe.
  5. Dust with grated nutmeg.
