Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the white rum, triple sec, lemon juice, lime cordial and egg white to a shaker without ice and dry shake to build a foam.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
