Instructions

  1. Dry shake everything but the Angostura bitters.
  2. Then add ice and shake thoroughly to chill.
  3. Strain twice through a fine mesh into a coupe.
  4. Place three drops of Angostura on the surface.
  5. Swirl it in using either a straw or a bar spoon, making a spiral design.
