Instructions

  1. Add the Absinthe to an atomiser and set aside.
  2. Chill your glass.
  3. Long stir the Bourbon, Cognac, Benedictine, Falernum, and Bitters with ice until very cold with the slightest dilution.
  4. Spray the glass with Absinthe.
  5. Strain the Sazerac into the Absinthe coated glass.
