- Add the Absinthe to an atomiser and set aside.
- Chill your glass.
- Long stir the Bourbon, Cognac, Benedictine, Falernum, and Bitters with ice until very cold with the slightest dilution.
- Spray the glass with Absinthe.
- Strain the Sazerac into the Absinthe coated glass.
