A Sazerac-style drink built entirely on eight bitter liqueurs and amari, stirred in a rocks glass with Peychaud's, Bittermens and a Green Chartreuse rinse. Intensely bitter and herbal. Created by Mayur Subbarao at Amor y Amargo in New York in 2011.
