Instructions

  1. Add the crème de cacao, cognac, lemon juice and Cocchi Americano to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until the shaker is cold and the drink is well mixed.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass.
  4. Squeeze an orange zest over the drink to release its oil, then discard the zest so the pith does not turn the drink bitter.
