Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake, then pour the liquid back into the shaker and leave the ice behind.
  3. Shake again without ice until the egg white turns into a smooth, dense foam.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist, which is discarded afterwards, and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
