Instructions

  1. Peel an orange, including some pith and fruit from each side, using a Valencia or Seville variety for best results.
  2. Place all ingredients in a glass along with the orange cheeks.
  3. Add ice and shake to mix well with the orgeat syrup.
  4. Strain twice into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a thin slice of orange.
